I was engaged to a Fellow before I was in the health care industry. Other than the excellent parties and pharm trips, yeah that long ago, it was not a good experience for me. I was taken by how bright he was but for some reason he felt it necessary to fool around with multiple nurses.
Once I figured it out I sent him packing. Interestingly enough he didn’t take the nurses to any of the functions and he ended up marrying another physician-which didn’t last either. If you are young and have your head on straight I’d say go for it, just keep your eyes open. It was 30 years ago but the hours were horrid.
